Refund policy

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched to the courier service. Once the order has been handed over to the courier for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded at 90% of the original order amount (a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and currency conversion fees).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those that are defective or incorrect.

If there are any issues please contact us (email or discord) with your order number and clear photos of the problem within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items that need to be returned must be in new condition, in its original packaging, containing all items sent. Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items.
